Booking
Booking is mandatory, upon prior payment of a deposit of 100.00 euro per room by bank transfer. Bank details: Cassa Raiffeisen San Lorenzo current account number:
Arrival/departure
Arrival: room available from 3pm onwards; departure: vacate room by 10am.
Additional bed in double room
In the event of accommodating a 3rd person in a double room, we can guarantee a discount of 10% on the relative price.
Surcharge for services not included
Double room A for single use: 20 €uro
Double room B for single use: 15 €uro
Dogs per day, excluding feed
Meals
No discount is given for meals not taken.
Bed and breakfast
There is a discount of 10 €uro per person per day for bed and breakfast.
Conditions for cancellations
- Cancellations are only valid if made in writing.
- Cancellations up to 30 days before the start of your holiday do not incur any charge.
- Cancellations made between 30 to 15 days before the start of your holiday incur a charge of 40% of total price.
- Between 15 and 8 days, 60% of total price.
- From 8 days, cost of a full week is charged.
- In the event of early departures or late arrivals, the whole period booked will be charged.
